Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Linggo USA Inc ("Linggo LLMs", "we", "us") for using the Linggo LLMs apps and website. By creating an account or using the board, you agree to them.
What Linggo LLMs is
Linggo LLMs is a communication board that helps people say what they want to say. It supports communication. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace a speech and language therapist, a doctor or emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
The beta
Linggo LLMs is in beta. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Keep another way to communicate for important or urgent moments.
Your account
- Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
- If you set up the board for someone else, you confirm you have their agreement or the legal authority to act for them.
- Give us accurate information, including the mobile number you ask us to text.
Your content
The words, pictures and voice clips you add stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the board for you. Don't add content you don't have the right to use.
Fair use
Don't use Linggo LLMs to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to interfere with the service or other people's accounts.
AI features
Some features use AI to suggest words, sentences or pictures. Suggestions can be wrong. The person using the board always chooses what to say.
Text message (SMS) terms
- Program: Linggo LLMs account messages.
- What we send: one-time sign-in codes and account notices, for example "you have a new message, open the app". No marketing. No health information.
- How you join: by ticking the separate, optional text message box in the app and giving your mobile number. Texts are never a condition of using Linggo LLMs.
- How often: message frequency varies with how you use your account.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. We will send one message to confirm, then no more.
- For help: reply HELP, or email admin@linggollms.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
